Josette Goldberg, President and Founder

Prior to starting her own firm, Josette worked as a senior executive and officer for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including American Express, Household Finance, Enesco Giftware and Trizec Properties. Her persuasive and collaborative coaching style supports rapid resolution of business issues and productive relationships. She has demonstrated success in assisting her clients to meet their financial and operational goals by focusing on analysis, planning and execution.

Josette is accredited by the International Business Coach Institute (IBCI) and holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation. She serves as a mentor for various groups, including Menttium, the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Professional Women's Club of Chicago (PWCC). Josette is also a Committee Chair of Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA) in Lake County.
