Josette's Bio

Josette Goldberg is president and founder of Goldberg Executive Coaching, the firm that helps executives break through to their next level of success. As a seasoned coach, Josette assists leaders nationwide to profitably grow their businesses.

Prior to starting her own firm, Josette worked at executive and officer levels for numerous companies, including American Express, Household Finance, Enesco Giftware and Trizec Properties. Her persuasive and collaborative style supports rapid resolution of business issues and productive relationships. She has demonstrated success in assisting her clients meet their financial and operational goals by focusing on analysis, planning and execution.

Josette’s highly successful career as a corporate executive and business owner includes experience in the wholesale, retail, service, healthcare, recruitment, office services, communications, printing, advertising and marketing industries. This diverse experience equips Josette to ask the questions that business leaders need to answer to reach the next level of performance.

Josette is a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University and is accredited by the International Business Coach Institute (IBCI). She is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC) and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is an active mentor to executives nationally that are affiliated with SHRM. She holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation. She has served as a mentor for the DePaul School of New Learning and has co-founded and led several business networking groups. She is a Committee Member of Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA) Lake County.
